Steve Jobs Hands On Complaint Resolution
In a move too good not to share with Apple Reporter readers, SlashDot reports that Steve Jobs personally resolved a customer complaint recently. The customer had a serious issue with his MacBook, which he was unable to get resolved through normal channels – unusual for Apple. When he let Steve Jobs know about the complaint in an angry email, Jobs had the problem handled in 24 hours. Pretty impressive, and only one more reason to love Apple customer service – it obviously trickles down from the highest reaches of the company. Way to go Apple!
